What’s your brain eating?
Eat food for the brain to improve your memory, concentration, and energy. Of course
there are many more health benefits that arrive with eating food for the brain
but increased memory, focus, and energy are the basics to becoming
more productive. You should start noticing the difference in
as little as a week. Foods good for the brain are
rich in protein, carbohydrates, fats (the
good ones), and vitamins.
Improve Memory
Adding these following foods to your diet greatly increase your memory power:
Blueberry, strawberry, cherry, apples, spinach, onions, broccoli, eggplants,
grapes, cantaloupe, watermelon, tomato, red cabbage, radishes,
asparagus, citrus fruits, carrots, sweet potatoes, nuts
and seeds, black beans, soybeans,salmon,
mackerel, tuna, green tea, omega-3
oil, flaxseed and olive oil.
Improve Concentration
Feeling like you just can’t focus? Grab some food for the brain and start concentrating:
Oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, bran wheat, bran flakes, milk, almonds, sesame seeds,
pumpkin seeds, red kidney beans, baked potato with skin, clams,
oysters, sardines, beef/chicken kidney, oranges, orange,
juice, grapefruit, kiwi, papaya, mango, parsley,
cauliflower, berries, orange/red/yellow
peppers(better than green).
Improve Enegry
Want to hear the good news? If you eat the foods mentioned above to increase memory
and concentration, it will automatically increase your energy levels too! The
foods are high in nutrients that give you lots of energy. Also, when
you eat food for your brain, your brain won’t have to
work intensely to gather, analyze, and retain
information. This means there’s more
energy left for you to use.
A healthy diet, especially food for the brain is important for success. It will help you live
a more positive lifestyle. You’ll experience a reduction in stress and an increase
in happiness. You’ll think clearly, maintain focus, enhance your mood
and you’ll be able to relax better. You won’t feel sluggish in the
middle of the day and you’ll be full of energy. Work
on your brain power by eating the right
foods. I do it, so can you.

Eat these foods for a week or two and you’ll wake up feeling better. I recommend cardio exercise too if you want to speed up the process. It will give you a lot more energy.

Thanks for reading and sharing Laura. Green tea is really good for your mind. It also helps speed up your metabolism and boosts your immune system. Gingko bilboa is a good natural supplement. It’s also not that expensive.

Interesting, thanks for the info here. I find that reducing sodium intake greatly helps with my energy levels, as that seems to be one of the easiest ways to make yourself sluggish.
