Top-ten-reasons-to-exercise

Exercising has become a very important part of my life. There was a point
though where I drifted away from exercising. I would do it one day
and hate it the next. I eventually stopped completely. After a
month, I started feeling lazy! I realized how important
exercising really was. I’ve come up with my top
ten reasons to exercise. If you have some
more, leave it in the comments.

Ten: Burn Fat 24/7

It took only a month to notice the increase in fat from when I stopped
exercising. Fast huh? Exercising increases your metabolism so
you burn more calories throughout the day. If it’s slow,
you burn less calories and store the leftover as
fat. Exercising burns fat, and speeds up
your metabolism so you burn even
more fat throughout the day.

Nine: More Restful Nights

Number nine of my top ten reasons is getting a better night’s sleep.
There’s so many prescription drugs available for people who
have trouble sleeping that it’s scary! Exercising is the
natural way to achieve this. You’ll fall into deep
sleep at night and wake up in the morning
ready to go. You won’t need to use
the snooze button anymore.

Eight: Better Posture

It’s amazing how many people don’t pay attention to their posture. This
is why chiropractors are in business! When you exercise your ab
muscles, it helps straighten your posture. As your muscle
strengthens, it helps support the weight from your
upper body. My back hurt a lot since my
abs were weak, but exercising has
solved all my problems.

Seven: Prevent Injuries and Diseases

Exercises strengthens your muscles and also keeps your heart in tip
top shape. You’re less likely to get physically injured if you
have strong muscles wrapping around your organs
and bones. High cholesterol, obesity, and all
other types of heart diseases are more
common with people who don’t
exercise. Get a strong body.

Six: Time For Yourself

The number one reason that people don’t exercise is because they feel
they don’t enough time for it. It’s really because they don’t MAKE
enough time for it. Once I started exercising again, it felt
great to have the time to myself. I spend it getting
healthier. The only focus when your exercise
is YOU. Nothing else. All that time is
spent making yourself better.

Five: Improved Physical Appearance

A top reason that people exercise is to improve their looks. It gives
us a better feeling when we know we look good. It’s just human
nature. We don’t have to do it to impress anyone, just
ourselves. Exercising helps you look your best
and be at your best. Also when you’re in
shape, you’re not limited to where
you can go or what you do.

Four: Become More Confident and Comfortable

Exercising for me is major source of confidence. It gives me and
many others a feeling of accomplishment. It lets me push
myself to the limit. I set goals and achieve them.
It gives me confidence knowing  that I can
do whatever I set my mind to. It’s
a great reason to exercise for
anybody and it works.

Three: Feel Energetic

A month after I stopped exercising, I got really really lazy. My energy
levels were at an all time low. I felt very sluggish. I started to
procrastinate on all of my projects. I felt that I didn’t
have the energy to do them. However, now that
I exercise things are completely different.
I feel alive. My body feels fresh and
my mind feels sharp and alert.

Two: More Mind Power, Less Stress

Want more creativity? Want to think clearly and not worry about little things
that come up?  Then you need to exercise! Ask anyone who exercises
and they will tell you they can handle stress more easily. It’s
the number two reason to exercise. Exercising gets
blood flowing to the brain meaning more
brain power. When problems come
up, you’ll be quick to move.

One: Live a Happier Life

This is the number one reason I exercise. It elevates my mood and keeps me
happy. It really helps me feel alive. I have a more positive outlook on
life. I’m always ready to go. I know that I can handle whatever
life throws at me. When you exercise, you get more
enjoyment out of living. You feel refreshed.

top ten reasons to exercise.
