Great points!  Getting ideas out of my mind and onto paper to prioritize helps. It&#039;s a visual reward for me to cross things off of my to do list :)  

While it&#039;s important to consider the final goal or the big picture, it&#039;s been proven that multi-tasking isn&#039;t as effective as being present and focused on one step at a time a.k.a &#039;breaking it down.&#039;  Uh-oh... time to close some windows and focus ;)
