It can be nerve racking for us when we’re in a group meeting. We don’t want to say or do anything wrong because we know as soon as we speak, all eyes are on us. Being seen as different, criticized, or feeling unimportant is a natural fear in many of us.
On the other hand, there are people who can have a thousand eyes on them but still present themselves in a calm, relaxed and confident manner. Now that doesn’t mean they’re not nervous just like the rest of us. It just means they are more focused on what they want people to think of them, instead of what people will think of them.
You are what you eat. A healthier diet will not only make you physically fit, but mentally and emotionally as well. Food is the fuel for our bodies, so make sure you put the right stuff in there or else you’ll break down sooner and won’t function at your best. Here’s some easy tips.

One thing I learned from my experiences is that you should never settle for less.
When you want something, don’t stop until you get it. Obstacles might come in your way but you have to look past it. The moment you say “I quit” is the moment you stop moving forward.
Realize that challenges are always there, but the most successful people of all time had challenges too and they were able to navigate their way around it. As long as you’re willing, the way will show itself.
Once the words “I quit” becomes a habit for you, then your faith, skills, and hope will all go down the drain!
I recently became aware of how much faith I’ve lost in myself and my abilities. Trust me, I didn’t do this purposely but over time bad experiences and many failures got trapped in my mind. This doesn’t worry me though because I know that a simple “reprogramming” of my brain will get me back on track.
Have you noticed that if you buy a greeting card, it’s special but when you make a greeting card, it’s even more special?
The same goes for Valentine’s Day gifts…your partner will love it more if it’s made just for them. I found an amazing online store that does just that at a price we can all afford.
Setting goals are the fun and easy part. The hard part is actually achieving the goals we set for ourselves!
Answer this question honestly. How many goals have you set that you never ended up achieving? Come on, there has to be at least one. I’ll admit, I’ve been victim to not achieving goals plenty of times.
Don’t let this get you down though because there’s an answer to achieving goals. It’s written in this message..
