If you’ve been interested in self improvement for a while now, then chances are you’ve heard the term positive thinking many many times.

The first time I heard about positive thinking was while reading Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich”. He dedicates an entire chapter to what he calls “Positive Mental Attitude”. PMA is a success principle he wrote about after interviewing and learning the characteristics of the most successful people in the United States.
