Feeling overwhelmed can be a stressful situation for all us. At times like this, we just want to get away but many times, that’s not an option.
Today, while I was eating, I realized a simple technique that I use with my food that we can all apply in our lives to stop feeling overwhelmed.
Now, before I begin, let me tell you my situation. My goal is to gain body mass so I’m constantly stuffing my stomach with food. I noticed that when I eat tuna sandwiches, I have a take a break in between because my stomach “feels” overwhelmed. It’s actually my brain telling me that.

I recently became aware of how much faith I’ve lost in myself and my abilities. Trust me, I didn’t do this purposely but over time bad experiences and many failures got trapped in my mind. This doesn’t worry me though because I know that a simple “reprogramming” of my brain will get me back on track.
Setting goals are the fun and easy part. The hard part is actually achieving the goals we set for ourselves!
